CRITERIUM-LeTellier ENGINEERS is a consulting engineering firm providing evaluations of residential and commercial buildings. We offer a consistently high level of inspection and reporting services to buyers, owners, mortgage brokers and others concerned about individual property condition assessment throughout the Midwest. We specialize in sustainable building systems and energy evaluation services.
As an engineering firm, all of our work is supervised by licensed, Professional Engineers registered in their local state. In addition, we are supported by CRITERIUM ENGINEERS, a national engineering company which has a network of offices throughout North America.

NABIE is a chartered affinity group of the National Society of Professional Engineers. NABIE strives to protect the general public, the integrity of the building inspection industry, establish the highest standards and to verify the qualifications of individuals offering these services.
