Austin VA Outpatient Medical Clinic
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) awarded a $224 million contract to Cullinan Properties, Ltd., for the construction of a new state-of-the-art medical clinic in Austin. The VA clinic will be the largest of its type in the country. Criterium-LeTellier Engineers assisted our national construction quality engineering group with plan reviews and coordination of peer review comments as part of the Facility Exterior Closure Commissioning Process on this GSA project seeking LEED certification. According to Mr. LeTellier "We recently completed backchecking foundation/slab waterproofing and building envelope comments for the 185,000 SF facility".
